Free Shipping

Our standard delivery option offers free shipping to all our customers. Our deliveries are insured at their full values to offer better protection for your Craft bracelet.


Packaging Details

All bracelets are delivered in Craftalier’s unique packaging. This includes:
 - An authenticity card to certify the natural diamonds used in each bracelet.
- A polishing cloth to help look after your Craft bracelet and your Apple iWatch.
- Extra bracelet links to help you resize according to your comfort. 


Complimentary Resizing:

However, if you are facing any additional issues with the sizing, kindly contact our Customer Service team via email at and we will promptly assist you. 



Once we receive your order, we will ensure your Craft bracelet is securely placed in our packaging and prepare to process it. All bracelets in-stock will be shipped out within 2-3 days of your purchase. For any out-of-stock items, just drop down your email on the product page and be the first to be notified once the bracelet is restocked. It usually takes around 1-2 weeks to restock the items.



We ship to our customers all over the world. Once your order is processed, we will email you the shipping details along with the tracking number so you may follow the status of your order.
Local Hong Kong orders are delivered via SF Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days.
International orders are delivered via our carrier affiliates FedEx or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. However, shipping time may vary due to any custom delays in the recipient country.
In the unlikely event of any unprecedented delays in shipping, we will be the first to inform you via email.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Bracelets purchased from are eligible to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. You must ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging in order to place a return. Our team will inspect the condition of your return item once received, after which you may opt for an exchange or a refund. 
Start by contacting our customer service team at to discuss your return including your name, order number, and the reason for return. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns.



Each Craft bracelet is handmade using delicate jewellery-setting techniques, for which you have a 90-day guarantee for any material and workmanship-related defects. For such defects, kindly contact us at and we will repair your bracelet without any additional charge. Unfortunately, any damages due to wear and tear, or damage from misuse are not covered under this guarantee. 
Please note, checks on each repair will be conducted on individual basis.
